    Orders are despatched Monday - Friday. We aim to despatch your goods within one working day of receiving your order, however in busy periods this can take a little longer.

    Postage costs are detailed below although we reserve the right to amend these costs for large or bulky items. Please email or phone if you are concerned about this. All goods are posted using either Royal Mail Signed For or via courier. Goods cannot be classified as lost until 14 days after posting. Please note, at present we do not deliver to non-UK addresses.

    FREE STANDARD DELIVERY- UK orders over the value of £75.00 except where the order contains bulky items or is for despatch to Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland as detailed below. Bulky items are defined as over 20kg or greater than 1.4m in length.

    UK Mainland orders up to 2.00kg and less than 1.4m long:

    Standard Delivery - £4.95 - 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail. (Please note this may be longer due to strikes)

    Express Delivery - £7.95 - 1 to 3 working days via DHL.

    UK Mainland orders between 2.001kg – 20.00kg and less than 1.4m long: £10.95

    UK Mainland orders between 20.001kg – 30.00kg and less than 1.4m long: £14.95

    UK Mainland Bulky orders i.e bins and lunge whips: £24.95

    UK Mainland orders over 30.00 1kg or more than 1.4m long: A quotation for delivery will be required. Please place the order and we will contact you with a delivery quotation which, if acceptable, will be added to the total for the order and payment will be taken.
